We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any items once they have been purchased. This policy helps us maintain the integrity, hygiene, and magical intention of each handcrafted product.

However, if your order arrives damaged or there is a mistake on our part, please reach out within 5 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
